A suspect has been detained after a report of shots fired on NE Second Street near Franklin Avenue in Bend Wednesday afternoon.
A large police presence was in the area as police investigated. There were no injuries and a person of interest has been detained.
NE Second Street between DeKalb and Franklin avenues, and NE Emerson Avenue between Third and First streets, were closed for an investigation.
