Relaunch of The Patio Taphouse

We are relaunching our venue, The Patio Taphouse. We are under new management, but same ownership. We have opened up our kitchen 2 weeks ago 9/4/24. We are now showcasing our new food cart called: Fat Pat’s Delicatessen and More. We have some of the best sandwiches in town with the best and freshest ingredients. On Friday Sept 20th from 6pm to 8pm, we will be giving away free bites of food and our signature chili made with beef from the Prineville Butcher Boys. Sandwiches made with one protein deli meats and bread from Big Ed’s Bakery. We are also using Prineville Coffee Co. to infuse our vodka and tequila cocktails.

El Coco’s Mexican Food truck is a permanent truck. Fat Tony’s Pizzeria Stone Fired Pizza from Thursday to Saturday – we hope to continue to share their pizza. Stafford’s Reserve will be present doing a tasting of their award winning spirits. With other local vendors in house, sharing and discussing their products.

We are Prineville’s largest event space downtown. Local draft beers with a handful of commercial and domestic. Classic and signature cocktails with 4 rotating seasonal cocktail menus. We now only use fresh ingredients and quality spirits.

This change and community outreach is to revitalize the downtown Prineville main street area while Supporting our local schools and non-profits.
